Buffalo Dancer is a shop in Taos, NM owned and operated by Dylan Hopper. Dylan is a member of Taos Pueblo tribe. Buffalo Dancer was started by Dylan's late father in 1974 and is still going strong today with a staff of 4 Native artisans including Dylan himself. His cousin Lawrence Archuleta does most of the soldering and coin jewelry.
These earrings are created from authentic Buffalo Nickels and feature sterling ear wires/hooks. Each nickel features a turquoise cab on front of coin. Please note that Buffalo Nickels are NOT sterling or coin silver, they are a blend of copper and nickel.
These earrings weigh approximately 11 grams per set (5.5 g each)
