I had the pleasure of meeting (and shopping with) Al at Santa Fe Indian Market of 2022. I tried on one of these cuffs and it fit me like a dream, and was so pretty. Of course I bought it and it came home with me - I was able to work with Al to get a batch of these made and available for selling, this is the last one. It's an exceptional piece that looks wonderful alone or stacked - the interesting texture really compliments a mix of cuffs on your arm.
Very sadly, Al passed away in June of 2024. My time of knowing and working with him was short, but I am extremely honored to both own some of and represent his work.
This beauty measures 6.25" total, including a 1 1/8" gap. Fits true to size. It is a sturdy piece but could probably be worked in or out a small amount.
